In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances:

- You will be offered the option to reschedule at your convenience or receive a full refund
- If the cancellation significantly impacts a time-sensitive service (e.g., styling for a specific event), we may offer additional compensation or service discount at our discretion
2.3 Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive the standard cancellation fees at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
3. Service Satisfaction Policy
3.1 Service Guarantee
We strive to provide exceptional styling services and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If you are not satisfied with your styling service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment.
3.2 Conditions for Service-Related Refunds
Refunds for completed services may be considered under the following conditions:
- The service did not meet the described specifications as outlined on our website or in pre-service consultations

6.2 Partially Completed Packages
If you need to cancel a package after some services have been completed:
- We will calculate the value of services already rendered at their standard (non-package) rates
- We will deduct this amount from your original payment
- Any remaining balance will be refunded according to the cancellation timeline specified above
- If the value of services already rendered exceeds the refundable amount, no refund will be issued
